Customers often describe the jacket as beautiful and true to the photo, and a few are very satisfied with it. At the same time, the sizing is inconsistent: some find it large, others small, and one customer describes the quality as mediocre, with a stiff zipper or flat fur. Overall, the feedback is mixed to positive.
The quality seemed good, but the jacket is quite stiff and really oversized. I actually had to check whether the wrong size had been sent by mistake. Size 34 felt almost like a size 38 on me.
